Luxembourg police dealt with dozens of noise complaints and a violent bus altercation during a busy Wednesday night.
On the night between Wednesday and Thursday, Luxembourg police intervened in 60 incidents related to noise complaints. In most cases, the situation had already been resolved by the time officers arrived or was quickly addressed on-site.
Additionally, authorities were called to intervene in an altercation on a bus. At around 9.25pm on Wednesday evening, police received reports of an aggressive individual involved in a dispute on a bus travelling along Rue de Tuntange in Helperknapp. Officers subdued the person at the scene after preliminary reports indicated they had attacked another passenger. The confrontation escalated, drawing intervention from fellow passengers and resulting in minor injuries to the aggressor.
Following a medical assessment, the individual was taken into custody. Throughout the operation, they reportedly displayed aggressive behaviour toward both police and medical personnel.
